1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Nails Era website or apps, create an account, book a service or buy products. By creating an account or booking you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Who can use the service

You must be 18 or older to create an account or book online. Clients under 18 can visit the studio with a parent or guardian, who makes the booking and gives consent for the service.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password and sign-in codes private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile or the Delete account page.

4. Services, prices and taxes

• Service descriptions, durations and prices are shown on the site and in the app. Final prices can change with nail length, design complexity or add-ons; the studio confirms any change before starting.
• Prices include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Any extra charge is shown before you pay.
• Health notes you share help us plan a safe service. Tell the technician about allergies, skin or nail conditions before every visit.

5. Bookings and payments

• A booking is confirmed when the studio accepts it. Some bookings may need an advance payment, shown before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
• Cancellations, no-shows and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Offers, rewards and referrals

Coupons, loyalty stamps, spin-wheel rewards and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and follow the conditions shown with each offer. We may withdraw rewards obtained through misuse.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no false bookings, abusive messages, attempts to access other accounts, or uploading content you do not have the right to share.

8. Photos and reviews

Reviews and photos you post must be your own and honest. We only use photos of you or your nails for promotion with your separate permission.

9. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We are not liable for reactions caused by conditions or allergies that were not disclosed to us.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and we will tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
